You need serious psychological help, please seek a professional with experience in treating bipolar disorder or OCD. For your own good and those unfortunate enough to associate with you in real life, if there are any who do.
Many cities have free clinics, try looking in the yellow pages. No matter how serious your disorder, I’m sure a good professional will at least be able to prescribe some medication that will take the edge off.
