The rapture apparently follows the time zones so that your rapture begins at 6 PM on Saturday no matter what - you'll just be behind some of the other folks who will have already had their earthquakes & rapture.

Now I suppose due to the globalized nature of the world and instant news from all over, the folks that live in timezones where Sat 6PM comes later will have an opportunity to game the system. Say in a few hours you start hearing disturbing reports of earthquakes and people vanishing in Asia, you'll have time to become a Camping convert, listen to Family Radio for a few hours, read some his writings and otherwise put your faith in all the crap he's been yammering on about.

According to Oracle Camping, the earthquakes start at 6:00 p.m. 5/21/2011. It is currently 6:45 p.m. PST (California) 5/20/11, so all eyes should be on Kiritimati where it is currently 3:45 p.m. 5/21/11.

It is 5:45 a.m. in Jerusalem 5/21/11.

Gosh, by this time tomorrow, I will know where every time zone in the world is. If Camping had done this about fifty years ago, I might have passed geography.
