I did it last month. It was tricky.

Until you complete the process, the PDF will be an interim PDF with protections to prevent printing.

I found that I had to launch Internet Explorer with Run As Administrator, and then the website ran fine. Otherwise, Windows "helped" me too much.

What do you mean “run as a administrator” ? Can you please be mor descriptive please.
