Efforts to have the Hawaii DOH send directly a COLB to the ballot issuing State have so far (AFAIK) all been bogged down in “long form madness” unnecessarily and due to the idiocy of the WND crowd.
It sure would have been nice to have such a law - but people were so feverish for the “long form” that they were willing to have the law run afoul of the “full faith and credit clause” rather than just get the DOH to directly send the COLB they say is proof of birth (the short form).
So far there is NOTHING going to prevent 0bama being on all 50 State ballots - and it is delusional to think otherwise.
