I think this is a poor way to go about this. A) He can stonewall it and the case could take 6 years. B) He has the trump card. He can be commanded to show documentation or to testify to a grand jury, and he can do what Clinton could have done - take the 5th. NO ONE IS EVER GOING TO THROW A SITTING PRESIDENT INTO JAIL FOR CONTEMPT.
So the best way to handle this is to ask him questions in PUBLIC. Town halls, or get one member of the media to do it somehow. Get it out there like we did the long form and FORCE his hand in the public eye to the voters. We need it to get critical mass. We need to out-Alinsky those who will mock ("birthers will never be satisfied," etc). That is the only way. It will work. But we need someone stronger than the media to do the dirty work. Trump was invaluable.
When enough independent and non koolaid drinkers think about these felonies and the unanswered questions, he will not be able to win a second term.
