Hog Finishing Sauce
1 C Dijon Mustard (homemade and aged is better...)
1 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 T Black Pepper
1 T White Pepper
1/2 t Cayenne
1 T Chili Powder
1 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C sugar
Combine in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
Add:
1 T Double Black Soy Sauce
1 T Hickory liquid Smoke
Simmer another 10 minutes, jar and chill. Excellent for finishing pulled pork, Boston butts or any other cannibal or Ron Paul Zombie cuts of meat you care to serve...
