Sonny is turning over in his grave. These folks are nothing but freaks. Sonny was the only one in that mob that had any brains.
I’m not so sure that the comedic theatrical disdain that Cher lavished on Sonny during the show didn’t also extend into their home life. I’m absolutely positive that this was a factor; a seemingly weak, henpecked, disrespected father figure is known to cause sexual confusion in young children.
When Chastity came out as a lesbian it was Cher who went ballistic. Sonny was “understanding”.
