Really good deals can sometimes be found at yard sales and consignment shops. Even better is the town dump, where you can sometimes find desks, file cabinets, lawn mowers, etc. for nothing.

I was disappointed in my clothing sales. I listed, a few times, some gorgeous girls’ dresses, in lots of five. Basically no flaws; each dress would retail for $20-40. I sold as a lot to save shipping, you know? I put together a group of six size 5T dresses, with photos, and barely got maybe $5 for the whole lot.
I thought it was a fluke so did it again a couple more times. Just couldn’t get any money for them.
