There is NO Proof that he was born in HI. In spite of the Legal Weasel Words that the HI Dept. of Health has put out.

The COLB says it is an “abstract”, the question is of what. A late filing for a COLB by grandma Dunham, which was never approved?

This guy has it dead on. FORGET THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE! It is irrelevant! Zero may indeed have been born in Hawaii, but that DOES NOT MATTER. He could have been born in the White House, witnessed by the sitting President and his entire cabinet, and it still wouldn't matter.

Zero's father was not a citizen of the U.S. at any time. Zero is therefore not a "natural born" citizen. THAT is what matters here, not where he was born.

I suspect he deliberately released a fake BC to misdirect skeptics from the British father.

The fake BC will convince the stupid masses, while us ‘birthers’ will be tied up debunking the BC instead of going after his parentage.

I would still like to see two things.

1. Other birth certificates from Hawaii with the "txe" typo on Dr. Alvin Onaka's signature stamp.

2. The Hawaii Department of Health reproducing the Obama birth document on their own. Now that Obama released this document to the public domain, Hawaii can't hide behind privacy anymore. They should be able to make this document available to anyone who pays the fee for it.
