I have asked everyone I know and none of us can remember having vaccination papers. We were vaccinated in school, period.

Now if one were coming from another country then there would be mandatory vaccinations required and proof there of.

My nephew had to submit vaccination papers when he attended private schools, and that was just in the past 15 years.
