I think Steyns point was that having actually lived through the process he knows something about the letter of the law on naturalized citizens.
And his larger point is the one that I subscribe too. That is the matter of the BC and NBC status is a moot point, we all know this guy is a turd but the BC is has become a red herring and we just keep chasing it at our own peril while ignoring the crimes he commits before our very eyes.
Steyns point is that Obama, regardless of birth status is screwing the country blind and we are ignoring it because we are preoccupied with his something that he actually had no hand in.
BTW, My Pappy’s family was from WV, and he would never admit it.
Though none of it made him less of a man.
How could something he had no hand in define him?
IF he had acknowledged obama's ineligibility first and then made the case that this was not the hill to die on, I might have listened and possibly agreed.
Instead, he lectured, ranted and raved and was incorrect about it. He should stick to talking about the things he knows about.
What many seem to not understand is that the Constitution and the founders' original intent ARE important today. This issue is very important to a number of us and it isn't going away until it is made right.
