The director of BOH in Honolulu personally provided a LFBC as requested by Obama and signed a memorandum sent with the copy.

And what is this "seal" for?

It's the latest convenient argument. Any discussion of how a seal is a texture on the paper rather than a color that a scanner would pick up well is to be ignored.

If a photo of the LFBC surfaces clearly chowing the seal then the argument will change to “We do not know that this is the same document” and “We cannot determine what this is and besides, it doesn't matter as his father was Kenyish or Brityan or something...”

"personally provided a LFBC as requested by Obama and signed a memorandum sent with the copy."

There is no providence to prove that the COLB that Hussein and his WH has and copied from, came from the Hawaii Health Department.

Not FedEx, not NextDay UPS, not NextDay USPS but a private courier (not a Ford Courier but a lawyer) delivered the said document(s) to Hussein O.

*The three standard methods I gave for nextday delivery will beat a lawyer (sic); have scans tracking anytime it is reposition and a signature at delivery to remove it from custody of the delivery service to the authorized person who signed for the package.
