So when the leftist scum judges dismiss it can they appeal or is it the end of the road for this case?

They can appeal it to SCOTUS. If new information comes up about Obama a new court case would appear or an old one can be resurrected again. It's never over in my books. ;-)

If Orly or Kreep get a ruling in their favor, then the case will be remanded to the lower court to be heard.

If it is not in their favor, then they can appeal to the supreme court.
These rulings will take months.
Also there may be a chance that the doj appeals to the supreme court if the ruling is against them. AND the supreme ct will hear that one.
