Satindoll’s research — Indonesian Citizenship?
[quote]
Barak Obama, as a child there, was known as Barry Soetoro. He was registered in a public school under that name. His religion was Muslim, he was an Indonesian citizen, and his father was Lolo Soetoro.
Indonesia in 1965 was a police state controlled by a dictator. No way could an American kid get into a public school. Was he adopted? To be registered as a student required identification, a birth certificate in the name of Barry Soetoro. Adoption by his stepfather seems probable.
But thats not all.
Barry Soetoro attended Occidental College, CA, and had a SSN starting with 999-XX-XXXX. This 999 prefix is used by the Federal government to track the financial aid given to foreign students. (That information, discovered by Neil Sankey, a private investigator, is included in Orly Taitzs accumulated evidence against Barak Obama.)
His mother removed him from her American passport in 1965. Since he traveled between Indonesia and Hawaii he must have had a passport of his own, and since he was probably an Indonesian citizen, he used an Indonesian passport.
At twenty years of age he went to Pakistan with his boyfriend, Chandoo.
So, what passport did he use?
My speculation, and that is all it is, is that Barry Soetoro swore allegience to Indonesia. He repudiated any and all citizenships he may have had at that time in his life, and received an Indonesian passport.
Barak Obama is Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen.

Ok, here’s a SCOTUS ruling that reinforces Vattel’s definition of “Natural-Born-Citizen” as born to two citizen parents:
MINOR V. HAPPERSETT, 88 U. S. 162 (1874)
http://supreme.justia.com/us/88/162/case.html
Obama’s qualification(s) were vetted by Pelosi, and he was sworn-in *twice* by Justice Roberts. How does that square with the above decision (supporting Vattel’s definition) when there is no argument from anyone that Obama’s father was *not* a citizen? Well, that is the issue that needs to be resolved.
Personally, I think not pursuing it would be damaging to the supremacy of the Constitution (very steep, very slippery-slope) — so it *must* be pursued. Certainly, we can walk & chew gum at the same time, so pursuing this issue does not preclude arguing other issues & qualifications and/or promoting a particular candidate. Opinions may vary.
I don't know who you consider "of stature", but The Constitution was written so that even the lowliest had the same rights as those you consider "of stature". Have you ever heard the phrase "that all men are created equal"? That means even us peasants have the right to question 0bama's eligibility.
I would suspect that Obama’s mothers age of 18 or 17+ would not be a factor. My recollection was that until 2001 the age of sexual consent in Hawaii was 14.
If English common law or even common practice in the US is the definition, I found the following in a discussion on US marriage laws....”Every jurisdiction mandates that a man and a woman must be old enough to wed. In the 1800s, the legal age was as low as 12 years old for females. Modern statutes ordinarily provide that females may marry at age 16 and males at age 18. Sometimes a lower age is permitted with the written consent of the parents. A number of states allow for marriage below the minimum age if the female is pregnant and a judge grants permission.”
While not an attorney or constitutional scholar, I really doubt that his mothers age is a significant factor in whether Obama is a US citizen.
I sill don't like the President and still suspect that he has had dual citizenship, dual passports, multiple identities and may not be eligible to be president for other reasons besides where he was born.
