I read an in dept explanation that a doctor’s signature was necessary for HDOH to issue a certificate!

Dr. Sinclair was NOT the delivery doctor, but that he examined the baby at the hospital location on 8/8-61 four days after delivery that did not take place in that hospital, and he signed the “b.C.” There are some smudges in his box and the mother’s box!!

On that day he sent the document off for further process!!!

If that’s the case, that the document could NOT be created before a doctor signed it, how was it then possible for SADO to sign the document the day BEFORE on 8/7-61, hmmm???
