It should not just be “someone” to take it to court but someone thoroughly familiar with the law of the land regarding fraud and misrepresentation of an official document.
Or are you perhaps the one who is disengenious?

There’s lying...
Then there’s fraud in the legal sense.
To prove fraud in the BC or COLB sense:
1. Obama would have to release the exact same document but with an official embossed seal of the DOH of Hawaii on it - dated and signed.
2. YOU would have to convince a judge that the document under #1 has been doctored in one form or another...
3. YOU would have to convince the same judge to issue a subpoena to the DOH of Hawaii to have them open in court the file and document that the certified BC or COLB Obama submitted under #1 claimed to represent.
4. If it turned out that what was submitted under #1 was doctored and does not represent the official record as opened under subpoena - BAM! YOU GOT ‘EM!!!
This is why the likes of Leo Donofrio, Debbie Schlussel, and others keep targetting the courts, registrars, archives and other agencies that release certified copies of information. They understand that the COLB passed around without a dated, signed and embossed seal of the DOH of Hawaii is a ruse designed to keep people fooled and off track. Those fakes certify nothing for or against Obama, and cannot be used for or against Obama except in the arena of popular opinion.
Unfortunately, the media is helping Obama on that angle...and possibly Trump and establishment RINOs. Their goal is to paint detractors as fools...and they are winning.
All we have at this point is:
1. Debbie Schlussel receiving via FOIA a Selective Service Record that has been doctored. But that is all, i.e., all we know is that SOMEONE doctored the record - we can’t say it was Obama.
We DO NOT HAVE:
1. A properly certified and examined BC or COLB opened under subpoena in a court.
2. Certified copies of college transcripts and financial-aid records delivered and examined in a court.
3. Certified copies of previous and current passports and passport application delivered and examined in a court.
4. Certified copies of Immigration and Naturalization Service records delivered and examined in a court.
This is what is really frustrating the legal eagles and similar minded folks. Try as hard as they can - they keep getting “no standing” from judges, denials and runarounds from registrars, and FOIA paperwork that is heavily redacted with suspicious and inconsistent entries - that give hints but nothing more.
People think Bill Clinton was slick?
Obama and his helpers are 10X more slick.
Why? Because personally, the conspiracy theory I came up with was the following:
When Stanley Ann Dunham came home pregnant one day obviously as a result of statutory rape - Grandma visited the CIA who she knew was tracking the entire family and grabbed ‘em by the balls and said:
1. You witnessed and aided and abetted the statutory rape of my daughter.
2. You will provided her jobs for the rest of her life.
3. You will provide schooling for the rest of her life.
4. The boy gets to be a US Citizen.
5. The boy gets his way paid through schools of his choice...
...else...I call my local Congressperson and Senator and go to the media.
Somewhere down the road, either Obama realized, or a mentor realized, holy crap!!!...we can put this guy in office and no one can touch him!!!
