Butter, you are one of the most resilient and dedicated patriot-gumshoes on the eligibility issue, so what is your take on this attempt to fill in the blanks? Why would a pregnant girl aged 17 apply to the University of Washington for the Fall 1961 semester when she knew she was due in August, 1961 and was presently a student at the U. of Hawaii? Was it her expectation that she would have an infant and manage to go to a new university without a surrogate nanny, relative and no father present?

She was from Mercer Island until the family moved to Hawaii a few years before. Her girlfriends recall that they saw her with an infant in September 1961 in Mercer Island and she said that she still didn't know how to change a diaper.

So given this latest development of 'examined by but not delivered by', isn't it likely that she planned to have her baby in BC just across the border where she was at a locale for unwed mothers ( avoiding in 1961 the social stigma of a mixed race baby with a single mother among her friends in both Mercer Island and Honolulu)? And more likely, that Barack is days or weeks older than they say so they fly to Honolulu from Seattle (a piece of cake with an infant next to getting there from Mombasa for God's sake) say hello to the family, have Dr. Sinclair examine the baby at the behest of Hawaiian regs to get the proper birth documentation rolling, then fly back to Washington state to start school?

Just a hunch.

Just a hunch.

Or, a Dr. friend of grandma's gives SAD the form he reports on before she goes to have the baby in Canada. When she decides she wants to keep the baby, she mails the partially completed form back to grandma and she takes a simliar baby to the Dr. for the "exam". Or the Dr. simply fakes the exam (no one has reported a record of when SAD was actually in the hospital in HI for an exam. Remember, the actual birth number was assigned by the HI Health Department, not by the hospital or doctor. Gentlemen we are talking about a fraud to allow U.S. citizenship to a child.
