Not sure what you’re referring to here . . .
It does happen to be well established scientific fact that certain frequencies of RF
DO trigger pleasant feelings when targeted at proper strength toward or sufficently close to the proper brain centers.
And aggression can be similarly triggered by RF . . . as can depression. and, IIRC suicidal thoughts.
The brain emits its own frequencies.
I assume you are familiar with the term “brain waves?”
