He released his latest fake BC because several states had begun tightening their laws to prevent potential usurpers from getting on the ballot. 0bama's handlers hurriedly put together this fake, because how would it look if he couldn't get on the ball in all 57[sic] states? Now they can point to this, which the media has accepted as genuine, and will have solved that problem. Officials who oversee election laws in each state will gladly lick 0bama's boots and have his fake BC as cover.

Yes, but a little worse than that. Why did Hawaii change the rules so that he didn't have to present a copy of his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE?
So far, their deception is working. Almost everyone is accepting this COLB as his birth certificate.
In his letter (by design, I'm sure) President Obama asked for, “......copies of my original.....”. He didn't get it. By extension, WE didn't get it.

You’ve really got to wonder why it was so bad .. and why put out a pdf at all? just show a embossed original at the presser and hand out b&w photocopies.. Do we have people on our side (Americas’ side) at the CIA that we don’t know about? State is 100% commie ,, maybe they produced it..
Virtually everything Obama says and does is based on one consideration: gaining political advantage. He’ll say anything, without concern that it may contradict something else he said before because the presstitutes won’t ever question his flip flops.
