Yet, when I posted a thread asking blog pimps to post their blogs in one place, he didn’t show up. Although humblegunner did a fine lounge act that those who were on the thread greatly enjoyed.

Simple explanation:
The majority of FReepers are reading articles in the main news forum, *not* hanging out in the blogger section.
Therefore, the main forum is the most target-rich and desirable environment necessary for maximum exposure.

What do you suppose would happen to me if I went to the religion forum and started a thread about dog health care?
Yes, I’d be “shot”, figuratively speaking, because I had no right or reason to be posting out of context stuff where it does not belong.
If they stomped me for doing so, I would consider myself as having deserved it.
Again, all of this can be reduced to one simple thing; -money-.
If these so-called ‘serious conservative bloggers’ cared so much about spreading their theoretically transformative and desperately important messages to the masses, for the simple sake of enlightening people and strengthening the conservative cause, they would have no problem doing so *un-excerpted*.
If *I* had some piece of information that I thought would help said cause, I would be overjoyed to share it completely free with everyone, in hope that it might possibly benefit us all.

There has been and continues to be a certain amount of allowed harassment on this site on different pet peeves of those who do the harassing.
I post alot less because of it these days. It has gotten much worse.
You don’t see the old homeschool flame wars, but there are plenty of others who, in gang like style, have no room for others opinions, and verbally try to disrupt or shut down any discussion that isn’t to their liking.

Eaker usually has to come in LOW since his attacks are below normally acceptable standards.
