My Tennessee birth certificate has no hospital logo, much less footprints, but it is the original hospital issued
certificate.
The only BC with footprints I have ever seen was the
Lucas Smith purported Kenyan BC.
I am not saying, however that some hospitals do not do this.
I don’t have foot prints on mine because I was too small.; but i have a picture somewhere from the home town newspaper saying I was the smallest baby in the nursery. I looked like a drowned rat if memory serves me. LOL
