Sorry, guess I didn't make myself clear. I wasn't referring to a doctor. Zoom in on
Box 21 of Obama's "Certificate" released yesterday. See the name that looks like U.Ke Lee? That's supposedly the Local Registrar's signature. Looks like someone wrote in UkeleLee. However, on the Nordyke BC (can be found on FreeRepublic) Box 21 the Local Registrar is Beatrice something-or-other. So, who was the
Local Registrar (excluding military bases),
for Honolulu in August 1961?
The Local Registrar would have either been an elected position or the head of the Department of Health in 1961. I am doubtful there was more than one Local Registrar in a county. An underling would NOT sign their own name, but their boss's name on official documents like birth certificates -- if at all.
Why not? I've signed "final agency decision" many times as an "underling" so that the customer could go to federal court a few days sooner (and lose that much sooner).
Depending on what you want done the manager, a flunky, or someone even further down, may sign ~and that's Honolulu County WHICH IS QUITE LARGE as Mid-Pacific Counties go. Gotta' be enough babies rolling down the chutes to keep several people busy over the course of a day ~
