Ping. Check this out. Is it real?

Yes, the White House Website has a PDF document, not a Picture. They should have added all the layers into one "Picture" in the last step so the document layers could not be viewed.

You can pull the PDF file off the White House Website and see the layers with a PDF editor.

That is until they replace it with ANOTHER copy that won't allow the layers to be seen.

Even if flattened, the evidence is still there. Digital images are componsed of blocks. All of the material in the first layer is composed of one size blocks. All of the material in the second layer, including the green hash background are larger blocks. That can't happen in a single source document.

Maginify the document to maximum and it is easy to see. Import it into photoshop and you can magnify more and photoshop adds a grid that makes it even easier to see.
