He needs to be a Natural Born Citizen to serve as President of the United States. Unless his father was an American citizen, he is not a Natural Born Citizen, he is merely a native born citizen. Not the same thing at all.

The nationality of the father doesn’t matter; if he’s born under U.S. law in the U.S., he’s an American. “Natural” in “natural born” refers to natural law, which defines all people as having natural civil rights within their homeland. The distinctions between natural-born and native-born consist chiefly of those who resided one a country, but whose parents serve another country: diplomats, servicemen, tourists, invaders, illegal aliens, etc.
