In one of Frank Marshalls books he writes about meeting a couple from Seattle and going and having a three some. Well before the Dunhams moved to Hawaii they lived in Seattle. I think grandma and grandpa were swingers. Grandma could of got pregnant by Frank. Well she had the job at the bank and if they found out she had a black baby she might have got fired. It's not like today.
This explains the birth announcement in the paper.
Later grandma raised Barry and introduced him to Frank. Well if you read any of Franks books you will know he was a real scumbag. And why would you introduce someone older like that to your grandson.
