For some people. That seems more esoteric though. Have one? Good idea. The ham radio operators could also act as “servers”.

Sorry. In case of any man-made or natural disasters, amateur radio falls under HS control. We're already licensed and accounted for.

CB radio is under no restrictions, yet.
