While I have reservations about Trump ( I believe he is way too liberal), I am tired of those like Krauthammer and Rove stumping against him. Let Trump speak and let the left respond to what he has to say - our side doesn’t need to help them out. The Republican Party is desperate to beat Obama, but The Donald beating his: "I have more money than the other guy" drum is not the way to win over voters. No one wants to vote for a guy who brags about the money he has, especially if you have a hard time making ends meet. Donald is just good a pat on the back and a laugh. If people think that Palin is too over exposed, than you can't get anymore over exposed than with The Donald. The Left love to play him over and over again as in "mocking".

Hopefully, a pair of serious contenders will come forward.

I'd say most people don't care, and even laugh at it, just as most laugh at Rush and his: "talent on loan from God" and "half my brain tied behind my back just to make it fair," and the rest of it.

Yes, but we don’t elect them President..and yes Trump was not seeking to be satirically funny, as is the intent of Rush. Trump was serious in that is how he measures success “with money” in the recent Romney analogy.
