I highly doubt Donald Trump is presidential material, but he sure makes for one great Republican attack dog. Finally a celebrity big enough to get the attention of Americans outside of the conservative community is speaking out against Obama’s shady past. After once again raising legitimate concerns over Obama’s sham “birth certificate” during an appearance on the Fax News program Hannity, Trump expressed alarm over Obama’s real estate dealings with convicted Chicago influence peddler Antoin “Tony” Rezco.
For those of you who still haven’t heard, Obama’s Chicago home that he bought in 2005 was located on a property split into 2 parcels; one with the house and the other an adjacent side yard. The owner was willing to sell the properties separately, but only if they were purchased at the same time. Since Obama couldn’t afford to buy both, he had to find a sugar daddy to back him or he could kiss his dream home goodbye.
Obama did exactly what you would expect out of a sleazy Chicago politician, he turned to his biggest campaign contributor, Tony Rezco, to purchase the side yard for him. On the same day that Obama closed on his home for $1.65 million, $300,000 less than list price, Rezco’s wife bought the adjacent parcel for the full asking price of $625,000. A year later Rezco sold a 10 ft. strip of the land to Obama for $104,500, which rendered the remainder of Rezco’s property too small to be developed and, for all intents and purposes, worthless. To this day the land remains empty.
Obama would have us believe these transactions, made with a man who later went to jail for fraud and bribery, were some sort of cosmic coincidence that had nothing to do with Rezco’s purchase of influence in an up and coming State Senator. Common sense indicates otherwise. As Trump pointed out on Hannity, other politicians have had their careers destroyed for far less an indication of impropriety.
Trump has done a great job breaking through the MSM iron curtain to publicize the facts surrounding Obama’s birth certificate, or more accurately the lack thereof, and I can only hope he will do the same with Rezco. While liberals may be able to chuckle away the “was he born in Hawaii or wasn’t he” deal, a convicted slumlord’s involvement in Obama’s purchase of multi-million dollar home is no laughing matter.
But Trump, how can we trust a single word coming out of your mouth?
Once again Trump shines the pathway for other pubbies to follow who hope to be potus.
Is it because your support for universal healthcare was negated by your later rejection of it, and that sort of makes you all balanced out like a good moderate?
Is it because you were for liberalism before you were against it? (Does this explain why you wanted John Kerry for president in 2004?)

I have a theory about Trump. He’s there to make outrageous claims he knows will be eviscerated by the press. They get a chance to delegitimize the claims before the election as the ravings of “The Donald” with no corroborating proof thereby immunizing Obama against these claims in the election. I theorize that Trump is a willing accomplice in the re election effort of Obama.

The price was too high for Obama, so he went to Rezko for help. Rezko’s plan was to buy the adjacent property on the same day Obama bought the house. Obama would still have to overpay, even for just the house. But once the whole deal was finished, the package would become a reasonably good deal.
Obama (or William Miceli) bought the house, and Rezko’s wife bought the adjoining lot. Then Obama got a strip of the lot from Rezko’s wife for about $100,000. This did two things. It expanded the house lot, which increased the house value. The picture shows a new fence that Obama had built along the new property line. It also made the adjacent lot so narrow, it’s unlikely anyone who bought it could make money building something on it. They might not even be able to get a building permit. So essentially the deal gave Obama a house and the use of two lots.
Michelle had the house she wanted, and the Obama’s had a house that looked “Senatorial”.
But the deal was unethical because Rezko had conferred a benefit by helping Obama obtain something he “couldn’t otherwise afford”.
And since Rezko’s lawyer actually owns the property, a benefit is still being conferred to Obama all the time he lives there.

But wait, there’s more! The mortgaged amount is very high.Obama Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Chicago Home Mortgage $903,000 over Legal Limit It’s so high it violates the ordinary lending rules for Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, which carries the mortgage. This is probably legal, because the owners set up a complicated land trust arrangement to bypass those rules. But why? And who pays this mortgage? Why would Obama pay a mortgage on a house he doesn’t own? Does he just pay rent, while Rezko’s lawyer pays the mortgage?
But wait, there’s even more! It’s now clear the adjacent lot was overvalued by Rezko’s bank. At the time, an appraiser said it was worth $500,000. But Rezko’s bank unilaterally upped the value to about $650,000. This enabled Rezko’s wife to get a bigger mortgage on the lot. Bank employee Kenneth J. Conner found out, and complained this was mortgage fraud. Overvaluing a property to get a bigger mortgage is against the law. Conner blew the whistle, but he was fired. Now he’s suing the bank.
Conner filed a civil complaint in October with the Illinois Circuit Court in Cook County alleging he was fired by Mutual Bank of Harvey, Ill., because he objected to land appraisals submitted on behalf of the Rezkos and the Obamas, with the complicity of the bank.
After he was fired, Conner told World Net Daily that the bank and the Rezkos were engaged in “fraud, bribes or kickbacks, use whatever term you want,” to benefit the Obamas.
But wait there’s even more! Rezko borrowed money for the deal from his friend and backer Nadhmi Auchi, a British billionaire from Iraq who was mixed up in the oil-for food scandal. Auchi has a very complicated past, and he’s very litigous about any mention of his name.
Does Nadhmi Auchi effectively own or control the house Obama lives in?
Trump is also going after China. He is talking about why are we fighting & keeping the peace in Iraq when we cannot get paid by them in oil.
Where are the others? Oh I know we have lots of Fox Al Waleed Karl Rove Saudi stooges here. You Rove hates Palin too.

Well the way I see it, a great part of politics today is polls, popularity. You think The Donald with his humongous ego is going to allow his polls and popularity fall? If the ecomony is bad, Japan has an earthquake, the middle is east is rebelling, oil is through the roof, and it all makes him look like a chump who doesn’t know what he is doing, what do you think he would do? Go to Brazil and parrrty like Obama?

Stealthy or not, it’s a powerful strategy to be the only one saying the things that most of the party believes, with little-to-nothing about them being said by the bona fide GOP mouthpieces.

I have no doubt that this happened, given the Zero’s penchant for shady and unethical deals, but let’s be honest here. Trump is a real estate giant who is used to getting what he wants, are we really to believe that The Donald has not pulled a shady property stunt like this or FAR WORSE to get a property HE wanted?
It’s all well and good that the Donald is doing his best to expose the Fraud in Chief and I applaud his efforts, but when you point fingers Trumpy, be careful, as there are three more pointing back at you. Don’t get too eager to dig up skeletons when you have a closet full yourself and the Great Usurper has people too, not to mention the IRS at his beck and call, to crawl up your ass with a magnifying glass.

The birther claims. Whether you think they have validity or not is immaterial. Trump serves as a ready made useful idiot to debunk the claims. He has no more proof than anyone who has been making these claims for the last two years. It doesn’t matter if they are true or not. Trump serves as a foil for Obama when he makes these claims and can’t prove them. By doing so he takes those claims off the table. It’s political theatre and we’re being played. Wake up and smell the roses.
