Why doesn’t Mr. Levin run? A true patriot would put himself out there to save the Country. All Mr. Levin seems to do is run off his mouth, that is not helping anything but his own personal ratings.

Yes because every true patriot has to run for President.

Please.

The reason real conservatives like Mark Levin, folks with actual conservative track records, are calling out Trump is because they understand human nature and know a guy like Donald Trump can dupe a lot of people if sane, sensible folks don't speak up. Guys like Levin also understand that Trump is in this for Trump, and will use movement conservatives and Tea Party folks only for as long as he needs them.

Good grief, Trump has ALREADY declared he'd probably go independent if he didn't win the GOP primaries. That's akin him saying "hey you Republicans, I am saying the right things - even throwing out the birther red meat, so you better support me or I'll go independent". Everyone knows if the anti-Obama vote splits, even a little, it will mean 4 more years of Hussein in power.

Why do you think communism is the best form of government for America?

A lot of people who were liberal 5 years ago are conservative now.

There’s always a chance that a person is faking a conversion to conservatism, especially if they’re a politician. So we definitely need to be wise. But it’s not impossible that somebody who sees America’s destruction up-close and personal in his national and international dealings would actually come to change his mind.

My gut feeling is that he doesn’t want to be President but he wants a President who will do what has to be done, and if he’s the only one that fits the bill then he’d rather do the job than be stuck with something less than what the country needs. My gut feeling is that he wants to scare the establishment into realizing we are engaged in a battle for America’s very existence.

If he really wanted to run he’d be more calculated in what he says. It’s almost like he wants to show the establishment that you can say there is a world Muslim problem and that the Quran freaks him out - and survive both physically and politically. Or you can say, “The Emperor is naked” and most people will thank you for it, even if all the folks who consider themselves too smart to say such a thing rant and fuss against you.

In short, he’s giving a big rasperry in the face of the establishment people and media who think you can only get elected if you are a weaseling, wimpy liear who only looks out for number one and fully adheres to the politically-correct cult, never questioning the official dogma.

I dont’ think he wants to be President. I think he implied that if he ran as a third party it would be because of his competitiveness. But in the same breath, IIRC, he said that it would get Obama elected and we can’t have that. And he said he loves this country. I think he really wants somebody else to rise up who is up to the task of doing what has to be done. I think he’s trying to get the others to buck up and be what they need to be.

It’s interesting because Palin also has talked about possibly running, “if there’s nobody else to do it.” It’s like they are saying they will do it if they have to but would sort of prefer to not have to. And Palin and Trump coincide on their telling the establishment R’s to wake up. Trump’s statements that Rove and Bush gave us Obama is, I think, a wake-up call to say that the establishment needs to get real. And the same day, Palin said the establishment needs to decide to “fight like a girl”. I saw that Trump said Palin was gracious to him regarding the “birther” issue; could be he’s trying to tell us to not be too harsh with Palin because she did more to support him than anybody else.

I don’t know. I could be way off. But my gut tells me that Trump doesn’t want to be President, but wants somebody effective to be President so he can get back the country he loves. Very similar to what a LOT of us are feeling.

There will be plenty of time for Trump to answer the questions about his past dealings with Democrats and some of his statements, for now, let him inflict the damage on Obama and Romney.

The story I read at the link is certainly from a solid source and is well researched and written and informative. But I don’t find any mention of Soros in it. Am I missing something?

Longy, not every patriot has a radio station that they use for self-serving proposes either. If Levin is so upset, again why doesn’t he run? Please explain how Trump is in this for Trump? He will have much more to loose then gain by running for President. Right now he has the freedom to do what ever he wants and answer to no one. As President he won’t be able to take a crap without the media knowing what kind of toilet paper he uses. And if you listened to Trump, which you apparently did not, he would ONLY run as an Independent if he was convinced he would win so he would not damage the Republican chances to control the White House. Seems you also have a bunker mentality.

Too many newbie trolls have been jumping on this forum doing the rah rah dance for Trump and too many old timers are falling for it. It’s becoming a little disconcerting.

Donald Trump is blazing the trail and breaking the MSM's BS door down and softening up Obama to set the stage for Sarah Palin to run.

“Wrong Again going for a record?”

Trump has given thousands of dollars to Schumer, Weiner, and Clinton during the 2008 and 2010 election cycle. At the same time he gave nothing to Tea Party Candidates.

Why are you supporting a radical leftist?

"We must have universal healthcare," wrote Trump. "I'm a conservative on most issues but a liberal on this one. We should not hear so many stories of families ruined by healthcare expenses." The goal of health care reform, wrote Trump, should be a system that looks a lot like Canada. "Doctors might be paid less than they are now, as is the case in Canada, but they would be able to treat more patients because of the reduction in their paperwork," he writes.

This is what Donald Trump said circa 2000. Will this stop me from supporting him? Not if he can convince me he's changed his mind and explains why.
