Like Romney, Trump praised Obamacare. Trump has been on the universal healthcare bandwagon almost as long as Romney has.

The fact that Trump has a liberal past and is now pretending to be a conservative to seek the GOP nomination is very similar to Romney, whether you want to admit it or not.
