In the Spring of 1977, Obama was, indeed, 15. He was born in October of 1961.
Also this:

So all the talk about Connecticut may not mean a thing...
Yes he was. His 16th birthday was on August 4, 1977, so for more than half of 1977 he was 15.

How can you make this determination? What PROOF do you have of Obama’s (if that is his legal name) age? We haven't seen his “VITAL” records.
On the document displayed, there are three different birth dates. I guess we can rule out 1890, but with three DIFFERENT dates why should we trust ANY of them?

If you believe the fake, forged documents, he would have been 15 in the spring of 1977 as the article states.
