(Apr. 14, 2011) On April 12, 2011, The Post & Email reported that a Hawaiian-born resident was denied a copy of his original, long-form birth certificate after visiting the Department of Health and submitting a formal request for it.
Since March 23, 2011, real estate developer, television show host and entrepreneur Donald Trump has been calling for Obama to release his original birth certificate to prove that he was born in the United States. On April 12, former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin evidently joined him. Miki Booth, a former resident of Hawaii whose husband and son were born there, furnished the following information earlier today regarding someones visit to the Hawaii Department of Health:

I went to the DOH to see if the detailed BC can still be attained and heres what I found out:
1 - The year 1921 thru present, everyone will receive a computer generated form just like (scan.jpg).
2 - Any BCs 1909-1920 will have a photo copy of the detailed type of BC like (her daughters) and heres why. The BCs before 1921 were never entered into the computer and therefore they must go into archives, pull the books with the information, photo copy onto the green certificate and process with seal and stamp. The gentleman actually showed me what one of the books look like and proceeded to explain the photo copy process etc

Like most real estate developers, he has a strong legal contingent around him and they not only make sure his homework is done, their Rolodexes are loaded with the phone #'s of the best 'investigators' to help get it done (particularly as it pertains to chasing down the personal details of Obama's shady life).
