If the Factcheck.org COLB is legit, why didn’t Obama and his lawyers submit it as evidence in all [12?] court cases rather than spend over $2 mm fighting over “standing”?

Somewhere, perhaps in some advisors head, is a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of releasing the long form. And the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

That reflects the convoluted thinking of the left where if you spend more than last year, you have cut the budget. If you put your opponent in a position in which he produces a document that he has spent millions to hide, you lose.
Does that really make sense to you?
