Barry Soetoro

All that I've read indicates that he changed his name to Barack Hussein Obama sometime between 1979 and 1981 (perhaps in college) and he did not go through any legal process to change it.

That is fraud #1

The question is ? if his real legal name is Barry Soetoro, then ? what about all the things he has signed since he was placed in office ?
