The newspaper article guy looks much tubbier and seems he would be older than the guy in the color pictures. But I haven’t been keeping up with that dude so I’ll bow to you on this. Where is he today?

He came from Equatorial Guinea...in the article. The man in the colour images is an Adminstration official for the Consul of Equatorial Guinea.
