Part of the "date signed by the mother" matches perfectly with the "date signed" on one of the Nordyke twins birth certificate

OK...GOT THAT NOW.

Please now copy the same information from the bottom of the comment made by arrowhead a couple of comments down from #1612

and post BOTH times/dates into a comment box

...and if that TIME and date are STILL ahead of when I posted, it would seem arrowhead warned me BEFOREHAND. Which is impossible.
