I think they are not the same handwriting as well. That is why Fred’s theory of there being an “Ann Obama”.

I am close, not certified, but have testified and made arrests on it.

It is not the same .. the telling in in the way the word Ann is written. In 8 controls - every time she put’s down the “NN” in ann the second n is always lower, or smaller if you look. ALWAYS.

In the BC it is the same size.
