Nope, I didn’t have to file a FOIA request. BY LAW I have a right to any and ALL of my documents upon request. There isn’t a mechanism which allows HDOH to deny it to me. If I request something, and they deny me, I sue. Or would if I had the money which I don’t. Maybe a rich benefactor will show up and pay my legal bills and we can test it out.
So, no, I didn’t need a FOIA, and apparently, neither did Obama. Which should tell you something about the HDOH, they change rules at their WHIM... with not a shred of law to back their whims. THAT DESERVES AN INVESTIGATION!
Absolutely! Cashill has forensically proved to the extent possible that Ayers wrote a large portion of Dreams calling into question the entire book.
Ayers is a brilliant Marxist theoretician with a lifelong commitment to destroying the United States. Taking anything Ayers has written, given all of his hidden agendas to undermine America by promoting Obama, it is very unwise and even dangerous to quote Dreams or to accept any event framing as true, IMO.
