Your legal experience means you know how important that is, and you know that hearsay and poor memory are not reliable evidence and must be corroborated.

It means keeping speculation separate from corroborated evidence from multiple sources.

It means not prematurely or improperly rejecting widely corroborated claims, such as the claim that SAD was Barry's mom, which have not been disproved with any solid evidence.

Obama has been backed into a corner even by CNN in HI because constitutionalist investigators kept peeling back the onion with corroborated facts after weeding through many claims, hearsay and speculation that proved false.

A new national awareness, even on CNN, is growing that Obama’s long form legally should be in the HI vault and that Obama himself can request it using a FOIA request.

The world is looking to constitutionalist sites like Free Republic to try to understand the difference between what has been proved, what is speculated to be possible, what is likely, what is rumor, what is conspiracy theory, and what has no support.

The problem is that elusive leads are what there is to work with, for the most part. Dreams is fiction blended with bits of fact, fact twisted, fact diluted - it's neither fish nor fowl. And separating the two is much more difficult than throwing the entire thing out, what to speak of the willful foolishness of blind belief!

Leads are not evidence, but they may lead to evidence. You want "solid evidence" - we ALL do! - that's where investigation may lead - either to solid evidence or dead ends, and such paths need to be followed for a ways before it's clear which it is - fact or fiction.

Holding on to what one thinks the end is, before you get there, is not the way to find the truth. One has to be willing to find the truth, even if it shocks and disturbs everyone including oneself.
