Doesn’t changing the Constitution require 2/3 state approval? I guess I’m missing something or else this group doesn’t give a .... that we have a requirement like that.

The process began three years ago with the Congress, continued with the non-Constitutional foreigner being elected president, rule by the Manchurian Candidate-appointed unelected Czars and continuing with the Unconstitutional behavior of the pre-Novermber 2010 Congress...

No 2/3 votes by the states that I'm aware of.

Actually, NO. All that is needed to rape the Constitution is the vote of 5 Supreme Court justices!
