That all sounds like wishful thinking. If he were impeached and removed his acts would stand. There is nothing in the Constitution which calls for expungement of his acts if he were removed.
Treason is not defined as “using election fraud to gain the presidency”. So the best you could hope for is fraud charges.

I applaud what Trump is doing. If it finally exposes that Obama knowing lied about citizenship then he and ALL others who knew should be brought up on charges of HIGH TREASON against the United States of America. If convicted, they should receive the ultimate penalty.

Imagine that, times 10, with 24/7 coverage on cable news and the Internet. They won’t be able to not cover it, even though many will be spinning it for him.
Speculation about Barry’s foreign birth isn’t necessarily theory, just the absence of proof. It’s telling Barry to put up, or shut up. Since the media maintains the theory that Barry was born in Hawaii, the media should put up, or shut up. Meanwhile, the Donald is entitled to a little fun at Barry’s expense.
Then I saw that the author was Capehart, and I help laughing, and I stopped reading the article.
You see, Capehart lost my respect several days ago when he held up a copy of Obama's short form birth certificate with the number blacked out in the upper right hand side, the one we have seen on several websites over the past two years, in order to try to prove that Obama was born in Hawaii.
So, now whenever I see an article by Capehart, I simply start laughing out loud and move on without reading the article, because Capehart is so full of it when it comes to defending that liar and fraud, Obama.
Dangerous and disgusting to find out if the president is actually eligible to be president, but his scamming the nation is just peaches and cream?
