I've seen that said several times, but so what, Obama says Barack Obama from Kenya is his father, and Obama from Kenya is on that "Certification of Live Birth" that the Obama team released, shown as the father.
So they fully state that Obama, Sr. is the father and we have people claiming that makes him ineligible. It doesn't make sense, and about the only explanation for that is that the legal definition of a NBC has not be precisely defined and accepted.
obama’s “birth certificate” that he released has no legal standing. it can not be used in court as a legal doc. A state certified doc must be submitted to the court to prove his father was a Kenyan national.
The legal definition that has been used by the Congress and the U.S. Supreme court for over 200 years is
CHILDREN OF CITIZENS SHALL BE CONSIDERED NATURAL BORN
This has always meant both parents are required to be citizens.
obama’s supporters are saying that it does not specially state that there are not exceptions like single citizen parents.
It does not also state that the person running has to be an American born NATURAL BORN CITIZEN.
A reasonable sane person would think that neither of these last two statements make any sense and are highly unlikely to be true.
