True but Obama "acting" as President influenced the passing of those laws..like buying off Senators with govt money..the fraud runs deep and wide...

True, but influence, bribery, etc, are not addressed in the Constitution. We have ‘influence’, ‘bribery’, and ‘threats’ in pretty much every law that is passed, legit or not.
