Definitely an agenda they are not being clear on.

--This allowed Obama to neuter congress and we the people even more. This is a huge expense, our tax dollars , weapons and service men. It moves power to a select few.

--Sets a precedent for a political tool in the future.

--Negates any reduction in debt made by congress. Makes US weaker every day it continues.

I don't get congress going along with this, unless they are also on board with the UN/nwo consolidation of power.
