Only Chicago lost population. Congratulations to Mayor Daley and the whole Democratic party machine who caused a net loss of 200,000 people.

I thought I saw something on the news today about Detroit losing huge.
Must not be in the top 10 any more.
Detroit is no longer in the top ten.
This is about "cities", not SMSAs.
They all went to Washington DC from Chicago.
Every single “Public Servant” one of them.
I don’t understand it. I mean, the Corleones are such nice neighbors.
Was this compared to the 2000 census, or the 2008 voter rolls? A couple hundred thousand people is probably a drop in the bucket during the nights of the voting dead...
Vote early, vote often, and give that bum some Mad Dog 20 20 so he will sign the absentee ballot...
I doubt there are any Top 10 changes of consequence, but the list regarding the Top 20 is probably quite a bit different than what most folks think anyway.
Seriously, Indianapolis and Columbus usually aren't thought of as "big cities" but they've arrived at that estate decades back. Kind of like the reverse of Detroit which is now being considered for reversion to field and forest.
This is compared to the 2000 census.
“Chicago lost a hefty 200,000 residents in the last decade, most of them African-Americans, while suburban counties grew dramatically in numbers and diversity, according to 2010 census data released Tuesday.”
Excellent, they are moving to your suburb. Enjoy!
When I had to relocate to Chicago about 5 years back , I vividly remember talking with my boss in St. Louis after a week in Chicago and telling him how mean the people were there. He kind of shrugged it off at that time until he made a few trips up himself and had to deal with all the crap that I was dealing with. The people, the traffic, the politics etc.. it all added up to a major pain in the rear. Always had employee issues ( bunch of crybaby liberals ), the foreigner elements (language and communication issues ), the traffic , the taxes and fees , it made it unbearable for the both of us.
I left the company and that hell-hole of a city two years ago and have never had any regrets. I had one heck of an opportunity to make a darn good living there but it just wasn`t worth it. It`s a great city to visit but I would never recommend anyone go and live there.
Philly hasn’t lost population?
No, they somehow defied the odds and gained population for the first time in decades.
Those 200,000 left Chicago to work in the Obama White House.
I bet 198,000 of those who left were that especially rare Chicago creature known as a taxpayer.
The blacks are also aborting themselves out of existance, as Margaret Sanger planned. I know in NYC at least, minorities abort at a rate way over their numbers.
The vast majority of blacks have no idea how the Dems are actually destroying them.
They finally figured out what “Tab A in Slot B” was about.
but there moving out here to the conservative suburbs...polluting the gene pool.
Well, a couple of them might have been republicans.
