I thought the same thing about the crystals on the grips. About 10 rounds and I'd be dying. Give me Hogue grips every time.
I'll admit the colors catch my eye, but looks aren't what counts in a gun. I had a really pretty Ladysmith with rosewood grips. Kicked like a Georgia mule. I couldn't stand to shoot it (it doesn't help when you have a little arthritis in the hands). I finally traded it in for something more useful.
