That story and case refer to assuming another person’s identify. If, as alleged, BHO applied for and received several SS#’s under his own name it’s not identify theft. It’s some sort of fraud upon the SSA.
Certainly, it would be a felony, but does anyone really believe for one second that any court in the country would prosecute BHO for an alleged crime committed at 16? They won’t even look into his possibly running for and assuming the Office of POTUS in his 40s.
Unfortunately you are probably right, no prosecution for the golden boy...
