They ignore laws at will, like those detiling immigration and border security.

The Arizona shooter was labeled 'unqualified' ('undesirable') at the Military Entrance Processing Station in Phoenix when he attempted to enlist in armed forces. President Clinton instructed his Justice Department to prevent adding enlistees who are rejected during the entrance process to a database which would have flagged Gerald Loughner to the NICS 'National Instant Check System' and kept him from purchasing a firearm.

President Obama is free to reverse that policy the moment he sees fit to do so.

The community college that Loughner attended was guided by a policy in place to refer troubled students to mental health professionals. But after multiple run-ins with faculty and staff including six documented police reports outlining Loughner's threatening behavior, not a thing was ever done about it. They just gave Loughner his walking papers and said he couldn't return unless he saw a shrink.

Not a person who knew him, encountered him, instructed him, or had heard of his dangerous behavior was the least bit surprised that Loughner did what he's now in custody for.

... and now President Obama thinks it's time to talk about how many bullets can fit in a magazine.

Honestly, what really is there to talk about, Mr. President? Fact is that liberals refuse to talk about how obviously crazy people need to be thrown into a booby hatch to prevent them from harming the rest of us, because liberals are justifiably afraid of ending up on the 'crazy person' list.
