During your absence..RS located in Morse’s Citizenship treatise ..the words natural born..the reference was a 19th century French edition of Law of Nations.

I went to the reference..naturels was in chapter 19, sect 212..

Alexander Morse confirms naturels translates to natural born.

It is posted on one of the NBC threads.

Not sure if you knew this.

Thanks, I didn’t know this. I have an extreme case of influenza A and am functioning just one notch above zombie at this point; so any help locating specific links would be greatly appreciated.
