I’m fairly excited about this.
I think there is a chance that Mr. Rossi could have discovered something important with this technology. He’s doing the kinds of things you’d expect someone who was confident in his claims would do, such as inviting independent testers to examine the device and measure results.

I understand the skepticism, but my approach would be to look at this with an open mind and see what transpires.
